Her journey spans managing corporate gyms, owning multiple successful studios, and building a gym from the ground up — which she later sold for a high multiple, leaving behind a thriving community and lasting legacy.

With a background that spans personal training, gym ownership, managing big box facilities, and now co-founding The Growth Agency, she has walked the path many business owners are on — and knows what it takes to succeed.

Fiona Keable

Fiona joined the Fitness Profit coaching team in June 2023, bringing with her a unique combination of corporate grit, small business experience, and proven results in building thriving, values-led teams.

Before stepping into the fitness industry, Fiona worked in fee-for-service recruitment and labour hire, developing the resilience, people skills, and leadership that would later shape her success as a gym owner. She went on to manage 24/7 gyms, launch her own PT business, and eventually co-found The Real Body Movement with her husband in 2017 — starting with just 12 clients and $52k in annual revenue.

Fast forward to today: they’ve grown into a powerhouse business with 20 team members, two locations (gym and recovery space), $960k in annual revenue, and a 25% profit margin — all while removing herself from the day-to-day operations.

Fiona’s coaching style is steady, strategic, and people-focused. Her strengths lie in leadership, culture, retention, and building teams that are aligned, empowered, and invested. She’s especially passionate about helping other fitness business owners grow from being “on the tools” to confident, capable leaders.
